1) Drink lots and lots of water everyday.
2) Have a breakfast a like a king, lunch like a normal man and dinner like a bagger.
3) Leave some space for your hunger, eat multiple times rather then attacking all at one time
4) Do not each too much of junk or non veg food, eat salads and healthy home made food.
5) Walk 20 mins a day or do some exercises
