1) The most suitable time for Yoga is in the morning. Start it before breakfast when the mind is fresh the body is relaxed.
2) Do the Yoga with clear heart and mind, no issues with family or friend, just keep your ego away.
3) Pick a place which is clear, peaceful, and has no disturbance.
4) Make your self ready for the Yoga, drink glass of water, wait for some time, make your body ready for the Yoga and then start Yoga.
Start with simple Aasan and then go ahead with the difficult ones.
