Dropbox Announces Pricing Of Initial Public Offering

Dropbox today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 36,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on March 23, 2018 under the symbol “DBX.” Dropbox is offering 26,822,409 shares of Class A common stock and selling stockholders are offering 9,177,591 shares of Class A common stock. The offering is expected to close on March 27, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
